I think it's still a mystery, which is why I favored an approach that
attempted to test the functionality we need rather than a release
number. Of course, it is true, when we are all done, a message that
says "you need a release > than ???", is better than a message that
just says your xpm library doesn't work.

I know that 3.4j (4.10) works.
