Although icon titles without icons work with FVWM,
its not really supported in the sense that there is no clean way
to turn it on. (I guess if you never define a default icon its on.)
Wouldn't FvwmIconMan do a better job?
If we did want to make this a viable option, I think we'd need
some way to limit the width of the title, left and right adjust it...
