FVWM: ANNOUNCE: tkgoodstuff 4.1 (finally) released

This is the first major release of tkgoodstuff (a kitchen-sink tcl/tk button
bar) in a year. If you've been following the beta's, don't get too excited,
it's just a (hopefully) stable distribution of the existing feature set.
