FVWM: Restart fails on 2.0.41/AIX 4.1

Restarting fvwm dumps core: 2.0.41 on AIX 4.1.4
It worked fine in 2.0.25.

If this is a novel bug I can supply more info. What is the easiest
way to build with debugging symbols?
