This is true, but not of dclock. Dclock uses keystrokes for various
things, for instance, 'q' to quit, 's' to display seconds, and 'd' to
display the date.
Incidentally, I don't notice the anomalous behaviour described by the
original poster. Perhaps a compiler bug?
