FVWM: change to modules/FvwmBanner/Imakefile

Hello, I have the Xpm library in a different location than normal.
All of the other Imakefiles worked great, but I had to add the
following to the modules/FvwmBanner/Imakefile:

EXTRA_INCLUDES = XPM_INCLUDES
EXTRA_LIBRARIES = XPM_LIBRARIES

Then all was content and happy :-)
