FVWM: FvwmTabs v2.0

Hi all,

Version 2.0 of FvwmTabs is available:

http://users.tpg.com.au/users/scottie7/fvwmtabs.html

This version implements a balloon popup over the tab buttons with
balloonBG, balloonWait & balloonFont options.

Useful for when the tab button size truncates the button name, or
you want to find a window based on its title.
