We can't know if you don't post your problematic lines (read: we still
can't reproduce your problem).
Actually, it is easy to write a malfunction config that disables
any mouse clicks in the client windows:
Mouse 1 W N StrokeFunc
Either don't use "W" here or use some non-N modifier, like CM (Ctrl-Alt).
