I'm sorry, I joined this discussion late, and probably missed a bunch of
stuff.

What are you trying to accomplish, exactly? You want some windows to
autoraise, but others not?

Does setting some windows to "StaysOnBottom" while just using FvwmAuto
module not work? ;)
