As I said several days ago on this list, this is a known problem in 2.5.2
and 2.5.1.
Any multi-desk pager (FvwmPager 0 3) even without a config will show it.
The initial drawing of FvwmPager was completely broken at some point.
I fixed all problems in a single desker, but not in a multi-desker.
