Very stable and with less bugs than 2.4.3. I'm not sure about the
--enable-multibyte option, but if you don't use that it's
definitely safe. The next few 2.5.x releases will be no more
than "develpoment" quality though.

No changes are necessary. Probably the whole 2.5.x branch will
not make syntax changes.
