Seems like you maximize a window that does not allow any given size in
pixels. For example, xterm or other terminal emulators allow only certain
sizes, i.e. with 7x13 font: 200 on 200 pixels, 213 on 207 pixels etc.
Try to resize such window manually and you will notice it jumps in size.
