FVWM: Autofocus new windows

I'm trying to make fvwm to focus newly opened windows.
The following doesn't work:
*FvwmEvent: PassID
*FvwmEvent: add_window windowid $0 Focus

FvwmEvent is running. Any other ideas/fixes?
