FVWM: problems with key bindings

hi,

i keep having problems with configuring keybindings in fvwm-2.4.0
running on netbsd 1.5.2/i386.

my idea was to use the windows-keys on my keyboard to control xmms. i
already defined these 3 keys as F13-15 with xmodmap, but fvwm doesn't
seem to care. it doesn't even work with other keys, no matter which
context or modifiers i use.

my .fvwm2rc is attached.
