You can move IconMan out of the viewport, but you would still see it
on the pager:
Next (FvwmIconMan) AnimatedMove -1023p 0
The FvwmEvent module allows handling the events you want. I've posted
a similar setup a while ago (no earlier than September). You should be
able to find it in the mailing list archive. Search for 'FvwmButtons'
and 'WindowShade'.
