Taht is no problem. You have to start the 'root' FvwmIconMan under
a different name like 'FvwmRootIconMan' (create a symbolic link to
the original icon manager). Then simply use the different prefix
for an independent configuration of the icon manager:
*FvwmRootIconMan...
