I think you are trying to tell us that you are loosing the 2 mouse
bindings above?

After you open a new window, the buttons on the root (background)
window, fail to popup menus?

If thats the case, try taking the string "Nop" off the line.
Reading the documentation, I don't see what thats supposed to do.
