FVWM: FvwmButtons (2.1.5)

Hi,
This (unfortunately largish but unshrinkable) patch against
FvwmButtons.c will fix the signal handling and the error-handler so that
FvwmButtons will clean up after itself when it quits and will not die
horribly if you kill one of its buttons.
