FVWM: Installation of fvwm-2.0.46

     Hi,
     
     I am a beginner in "Linux", i would like to install an another version
     of fvwm (2.0.46 for example).
     I have download the fvwm-2.0.46.tar.gz file, i have uncompress this
     file, but now i don't how to install the rest of the application.
     how to start automatically this new application.... and so on
     If you can help me i would be great
