My setup does this. It uses Sh-Ctrl-arrows, and Sh-Alt-arrows to move
the pointer at two different speeds.
However, I don't know how to do it by toggling numlock, and I don't know
how to generate "click" events from the keyboard.
If you find out how, tell me. :)
