FVWM: Where to get fvwm 2.0.47d?

I have read earlier postings about the 2.0.47d release of fvwm2.
It is supposed to be located on ftp://fozzie.cs.arizona.edu/pub/fvwm/.
However this server is not answering anything.
So where can I get the sorce?
Why isn't it stored on the official ftp server?
