FVWM: Problem lowering windows

When running fvwm 2.0.46 on a machine with multiple displays, I get
some weird behaviour when lowering windows on the second display.

If i try to lower a window, it is placed behind all other windows that
are beneath the pointer, but stays on top of any windows not below the
pointer. Everything works fine on the first display.

Anybody else seen this?
