FVWM: COPYWRITE/LICENCES

Gentlepeople,

I have a question about licensing/copywrite issues
concerning
FVWM95 does anyone know about these ( If they
exist)?

 Is there any known limitation on using this
product as
a window manager for a US ARMY/Government project?
