FVWM: Poor display of GUIs FIXED

        It turns out that *borderwidth was being set from .Xresources, but
wasn't being set in .Xdefaults. Apparently I don't have olwm set up to
use .Xresources, so while it was working, fvwm and fvwm2 were picking up
the *borderwidth from .Xresources.

        Thanks for the help, those borders were driving me crazy.
