There really isn't ANYTHING that "cannot" be implemented in a Unix
environment. That's all left up to the software you're using. In fact,
most of the stuff that FVWM95 "cannot" do is better off being left undone.

Well,
have you seen Xclass? It's a widget set (like motif is) that has
the win95 look/feel. Check out fox.unixville.com for more information.
Otherwise, motif is dead or at least should be. It costs too much and
there are better alternatives (Xclass, GTK, etc)
