Are you kidding? I seriously doubt that there is anything of WindowsNT that
"cannot" be implemented in a UNIX environment. I think it's quite the
opposite.

If there's something that hasn't been implemented, I think it's much more
likely to be because no one has spent the time doing it, not because it's
technically impossible.
