Actually, the cpp is not reading the (*cpp section when run by itself)
in the /usr/lib/gcc-lib/.../specs file. There are other defines it is
also not getting, although you can make it work without modifiying the
Imake configuration, which is okay, with the workaround I posted
earlier.
