FVWM: two fvwm2 questions

Hi,

Can anyone help me to solve the following two problems?

1. After modifying the .fvwm2rc file, how to take effect of it without
quiting fvwm2 and restart it again??

2. I want to change the Icon of my applications when iconified. But I
can't find the Icon path for it. Isn't it /usr/include/X11/pixmap?? or
where else??
