FVWM: Netscape and ActivePlacement

I can't get Netscape to work with ActivePlacement "property". I
declared following in my ~/.fvwm2rc:

Style "*" ActivePlacement
Style "Netscape*" ActivePlacement

and so forth, no matter what I've entered into rc-file Netscape always
places itself into top-left corner of screen - is there any way to get
Netscape listen fvwm2?

I'm using fvwm 2.0.45-BETA-4 with Debain/GNU Linux 1.3.0.
