FVWM: about Move/Resize

Hi, friends

I'm too lazy to search now in the archive to see who started the
discussion about how to program a module for Move/Resize but
... however!

I think an excellent example could be found in Cascade and Tile
modules. They're doing exactly this: moving and (at one's will)
resize. With some calculus before.
