FVWM: sticky titles

at the moment when you make a window sticky 3 lines are drawn thru it.
assuming that decors will be fully in the next version then

could we have a builtin decor for sticky windows that could be changed
like the InitFunction is?

and if so could the 3 bars style be realeased for all windows to use?

I hope this suggestion isn't too impractical.
