Hi all,
This works on my system
Key space W M Popup "Window-Ops2"
It pops the menu anywhere over the window, but the keyboard
shortcuts work OK from there!

All Linux...all the time!
..except of course when I _HAVE_ to use NT4 WorkStation with a real
posix shell (GNU) over it that makes it tolerable
