FVWM: MouseFocusRaiseClickDoesntPassClick?

Hi there.

I know about ClickToFocusDoesntPassClick and about
MouseFocusClickRaises and I'd like a combination. Would it be
difficult to add that in MouseFocus, the click that raises isn't
passed to the application? As another GlobalOpt?
