Easy, but hard to find ... :
If your hp starts VUE then put :
exec /your/fvwm/command
at the beginning of your .vueprofile in your home directory
If your hp starts CDE then put :
exec /your/fvwm/command
at the beginning of your .dtprofile in your home directory
