FVWM: FVWM2 Questions

Under FVWM2;

Is there an equivalent to OpaqueMoveSize for resizing?

Is there a way for me to direct commands to a particular window? In particular,
I would like to have some items on my menus that direct their commands to my
swallowed xterm.
