This site was posted to the list a few weeks ago. It's called The Dotfile
Generator and it does much more than just configure fvwm rc files, it does
all kinds of neat stuff. Here is the address:

It also contains screen shots in case you are unsure as to whether or not
you want to download it or not. It is very cool. It requires the Tcl/Tk
scripting languages to be installed, which can be found at:
