FVWM: libfvwm2.a

Hi...tried compiling fvwm2.0.43.

Keep getting:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../../libs/libfvwm2.a', needed by
'FvwmScroll'. Stop.

for all the binaries and modules while running "make" and "make
install".

I did RTFM. Tried various edits of Fvwm.tmpl. Still no go.

Help!
