I disagree. The most efficient way to deal with these is to press the
return key to dismiss the dialog. If they don't get the focus, you
can't do this.
I don't think you want to do that on a popup with only one choice of input
(== cancel) if the input is auto-selected true. If its not auto-selected true
then because its grabbed focus and fvwm isn't snarfing the META sequences
you need a mouse-shift to do normal desktop stuff.
(most downloads last a long time. You really don't want to interact with them
at all)
I'd say the latter, if you're expecting some magical way to get around
the limitations of pointer focus when using applications where your
actions can cause dialog boxes to open.
