FVWM: fvwm2 on linux/axp

Another success story!

I was able to compile fvwm2 on a DEC UDB (233MHz Alpha) running RedHat
Linux 3.0.3. I did have to comment out

#define NEEDS_ALPHA_HEADER

in the configure.h file. All else went fine!
