FVWM: No Bin's

Help, i have tried to compile fvwm2 on my system, Slackware with kernel
1.3.18 and get no fvwm2 bin in /usr/bin/X11. I have even renamed the
"#define fvwm" sections in configure.h to fvwm3 so it then has to build a
bin called fvwm2, alas this still does not work.
All the modules seem to get built OK.

If the question has been asked before i am sorry, new to the list.
