FVWM: FvwmIconMan bugfix release

There is a coredump inducing bug in the FvwmIconMan released with
fvwm2.0.43, so I'm releasing another one.

You can get it from:
ftp://mahler.cs.arizona.edu/pub/FvwmIconMan/FvwmIconMan-0.6.tar.gz

To install, drop it into the modules directory of the fvwm distribution
(remove the old FvwmIconMan directory first!) and go from there.
