Dan has already mentioned keyboard shortcuts. When you bind a menu to
a key you can move around using arrow keys (or vi cursor movement
keys, or n/p/f/b corresponding to Emacs Ctrl-n/Ctrl-p/Ctrl-f/Ctrl-b).
