FVWM: Can we install libfvwm2.a by default?

I'm maintaining the tkfvwm extension, which allows tcl/tk fvwm
modules. It would be way easier for people to compile it if they had
libfvwm.a on their systems from having installed fvwm2. It's such a
little bitty file; can we make the default to install it?
