Seems like if this was supported one could use caps-lock to temporarily
toggle into some other set of mouse bindings, if you set up your .fvwm2rc
right. I can't figure out what good this would do me but I'm sure I could
find something eventually... :-)
Personally I have no current use for the caps lock key at all,
never use it except by mistake, which is why I hadn't run into this
before.
