FVWM: FAQ? arbitrary env expansion in .fvwmrc

the manual pages discuss $HOME specifically in path components
of Icon/Pixmap location.

can you embed ${USER} and other things anywhere in a .fvwmrc
eg as an argument to an Exec instance?
