FVWM: FVWM 2.0.40 installing problem/fixes

HI

I have installed FVWM 2.0.40 on a SONY NWS1250 with NEWSOS 4.1C

I have no strstr.o and strdup.o in my system librarys I think these functions
should be supplied with the fvwm distribution.

In Module FvwmDebug

there must be an NEED_WAIDPID
for machines the does not have waitpid and uses wait3.

In the same manner like in fvwm/misc.h
