FVWM: pager module infelicity

One more item for the ever-expanding TODO list:

  The pager isn't correctly updated while dragging a window from
  desktop to desktop. It can be difficult to tell where you are. I
  suspect that this isn't an easy thing to do, now that the pager is a
  module.
