FVWM: sticky window on a single desktop only?

Is there any way to make a particular window sticky on a particular
desktop, but only on that desktop? I couldn't deduce a syntax (if it's
even possible).

I'm thinking that XEmacs will soon have a global minibuffer (similar to
the old epoch one) and it would be cool to make it sticky on my XEmacs
dekstop (but only there and nowhere else).
