FVWM: Bug and Fix

Hello,

There is a small problem with the FvwmCpp module, either in the
manual or in the implementation :-)

The manual says: -Cpp-opt (to pass an option)
The FvwmCpp.c says: -Cppopt (WITHOUT the hyphen)

One of them needs changing in the next release.
