Like OpaqueMove, this has as much to do with the windows UNDERNEATH the
window you're resizing as it does with the window that you're actually
resizing. They must keep redrawing themselves too.
I have never found a machine where OpaqueResize was acceptable. It always
caused a lot of annoying flickering. This was mostly tested on Sparc-10's.
